you help me out some listing and according to we chat we understand each other after several conversation that i have to make offer but how can I make offer without seeing property let me know how is work? !I miss schedule in January 31,2015 because my car then we chat and look area the house price less then 15 k and those bad area I never think about that you going to send me next to down town area
many house foreclosed and cover with wooded door and window we travel 260 mile to see out side area because you told me that area like it or not more

you can speak clear and confirm on the phone that you wouldn't like this area you are from India then we have to find some good area for you ? I keep telling over the phone I need house less then 20k and I going to finance and I got text message too.

I send request for one house I like near North Atlanta and I enter in Zillow that house sold in December 2014 for 11k and your price is 19,900 so almost doube I request for that home offer with 10,500 I increase after last text message first time offer 9,999 and then mercillie discuss it's to low then I increase over phone and request to offer 10,500 because they bought house for 11 k in December just two month ago I can't pay 19,900(almost double)you can help seller but also you can help buyer too

I am from other nationality and last four year I do not have steady income so that is the reason I am looking for under10k and I can put down 12 k or buy as is 12 k price with cash or 12 k down and rest I need to finance
try to understand me do not think negative about me I am seriously looking for home in north Atlanta or suburb near stone mountain, my purpose to move in Atlanta because I got income opportunity
if owner decline offer then you can tell me may be I can increase little if they accept then I have to do inspection and all procedure to buy home
but if you not responding to my text message then I feel like you got fund info and other personal info and now you not sending text or not continue working with me ? !
If you busy or not ready to response for some reason let me know I can wait few hours or day then you can contact seller and let me know what they said?
