CALL FOR START BACK WORK AFTER VACATION THEY REPORTED I GOT LAID OFF

company announced they had reduction on work going to close 2nd shif and employee can get laid off December 24  to January 9 ,2017,i contact personally in staffing agency and request for vacation until 01-12-2017 i requested to fill out vacation form they were decline it's only for permanent people,they had approve my vacation i requested verification do by email they never send email verification,i call again and confirm my vacation Elizabeth confirm,i bought international ticket when i back to work on Monday in meeting they reported they will not closing ware house start back work on 12-27-16 after vacation call on 01-22-0217 leave message in staffing agency they were not respond back 01-12-2017 i call they shouldn't know my status of employment i explain i was in vacation company reported when i returning from vacation call staffing agency first,he said he will find out
next day he said he send email to ware house supervisor 01-16-17 Bryan said he waiting for company email or respond 01-1702017 he said i thin they need you back to work and he still waiting for respond then next call he reported i got laid off ,i asked what day i got laid off find out i would like to know
next call he reported the day you left from work
 file for unemployment Ncesc reported you quit job i decline i explain all they set up weekly certification,once i am not available to do weekly certification i report unemployment office they told to call 1-800-737-0259 and report i did so they said i have to file appeal

in hearing employer provided inaccurate and false information

i took vacation because company announced on 01-16-17  they were close from 12-24-16 to 01-09-17
i request vacation from 12-24-16 to 01-11-2017 vacation approved personally and by phone confirmation
Staffing agency decline to fill out vacation form they said is ok when i request to fill out vacation form
visit to travel international'S My friend injured and was serious in hospital he died on 12-31-16
after vacation staffing agency manager confused about my work status he thought i quit he did not know.i explain after vacation i have to start work and i have to confirm with you before going back to work
he email to warehouse supervisor,no response from them until following three day and after bryan reported i got laid off
i request to find out laid off date
bryan said same date you were work last day
onsite manager said laid off is after vacation day 01-13-2017
this trick confusion me no one made judgement onsite manager Jacqueline she did not know about this all in hearing she got to think lot before answer judge question
i got disqualify later from NCESC need to do reappeal in 10 day
