Federal Judiciary Requests
If you are a Federal Judge or a senior, recalled or retired Federal Judge, a spouse, parent, sibling or child of one, or you live with any of these persons, seeking to submit a request pursuant to The Daniel Anderl Judicial Security and Privacy Act of 2022, please email us here. So that we can locate your record and process your request, please either provide (1) a screenshot of the record on our site that corresponds to you, or (2) your complete name, date of birth, city and state of residence, phone number and email address; and (3) if you are not a Federal Judge, the name of the Federal Judge and your relationship to him/her. This information will solely be used to process and comply with your request pursuant to this law.
What does the suppression tool do?
Our Suppression Tool provides a way to manage the display of your background report on all people search sites in the PeopleConnect family including TruthFinder.com, InstantCheckmate.com, Intelius.com and USSearch.com. If you choose to suppress your background report, it will not be available on the people search sites and your information will not be provided if a user searches you by name.
Does the suppression tool cost money?
No. PeopleConnect's SuppressionTool is free and provides the most thorough mechanism available to prevent your information from being shown to others using our people search sites.
The Suppression Tool is an optional feature made available at our discretion and subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify the suppression tool and its terms, including by restricting its use or ceasing to make it available at our discretion if we detect abuse. The suppression tool only applies to the Public Data displayed on the people search sites in the PeopleConnect families. It does not apply to the User Data collected by those sites, nor does it apply to other sites in the PeopleConnect family, including Classmates.com. To exercise your available rights with respect to your User Data on those sites, please visit those sites. Suppressing your information also does not affect whether the information will be available from other sources, including the third-party sources of the information. In addition, even if you suppress your background report, your name and other information may continue to appear in connection with certain features, for example, as a possible relative or associate in other individuals' reports, in phone or email reports, or on registered sex offender lists. Due to the nature of public records information and how it is collected, subtle discrepancies in data may also make it difficult to remove everything associated with you. If you see information about you after you have used the Suppression Tool, please contact us so we can try to clean it up.
