When you cancel your policy, we calculate a daily rate. We charge you the full amount for the days you were covered and a certain percentage of that for the rest of the days in your policy period. This percentage gets smaller as you get closer to the end of the period. If you paid more than that amount we'll send a refund. If you paid less, you'll have a balance due.
